Shipping
Customers wishing to see what shipping costs will be on a particular order should add the items to their shopping cart. Then enter their zip code in the box and then click "Recalculate." This will giving the appropriate shipping cost based on the shipping option that is chosen.

Sales Tax:

• Sales tax applies to all orders shipping to Michigan
• Expedited Orders:
• Check Availability - Please call 989-872-2931 - Fri. 8am-6pm EST to check availability of items needed for expedited shipping.
• If expedited shipping is needed, please ensure to have your order placed before 3pm (EST) we will ship out the order that day if the items are in stock.
• If expedited shipping is needed and we receive the order AFTER 3pm (EST) we will ship the order the next day if the items are in stock.
• If expedited shipping is needed and the items requested are not in stock, we will notify customers via email and OR a phone call when the order is processed. We will still ship your item via the selected expedited service once we receive the items into our warehouse.

Shipping:

Customers may select the type of shipping at time of order. We have the following options:
UPS Ground / UPS 2nd Day Air® / 0UPS Next Day Air® / USPS

UPS – Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for shipments up to 150 pounds, shipments over 150 pounds will be sent via freight carrier. All material shipped via freight carrier must be unloaded by the receiver. Additional charges for special delivery and/or handling are at the customers expense and must be paid at time of delivery.
NOTE: UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX, so please supply an alternative mailing address, or your order may be delayed. If you do not request signature confirmation there is no guarantee signature confirmation will be included with your order. Thumb Welding Supplies, UPS and USPS do not accept any liability after a product is confirmed to be delivered.

USPS:
- Parcel Post packages can weigh up to 70 pounds and measure up to 130 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part. A surcharge applies to certain items including packages weighing over 35 pounds and certain shapes.
- Priority Mail is 2-3 days delivery. The maximum weight is 70 pounds, and the maximum size is 108 inches in length and distance around the thickest part combined.
- Express Mail is next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.
